Shipping & returns
During the outlet, your order will be sent out in 2 to 3 working days.
- In-store Pick-up: Collect your order immediately in one of our shops. If you order outside opening hours, your order will be ready for pick-up on the next working day.
- Standard: Free from £200 of purchases. Home delivery within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch
- Express: £12 Home delivery with DHL in 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Courier: £20 Home delivery in 2h for all orders placed before 13h from Monday to Friday. Available in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux and London.
Returns are free and easy.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.
We do not offer exchanges, only returns for refunds.
